Candidates for Ontario's Foreign Worker and In-Demand Skills programmes were encouraged to apply for a provincial nomination. employees in the professions, health care, and agriculture


Candidates who had profiles in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program's (OINP) Expression of Interest (EOI) system received invitations. Under the Employer Job Offer category, In-Demand Skills or Foreign Worker


There were three draws in total between the two streams. The Foreign Worker stream was split into two groups: 476 individuals selected from a trades occupations draw and 166 candidates selected from a general draw. In the In-Demand Skills stream draw, 107 people were invited.


The most recent draw from Ontario's Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is broken down as follows:

  • Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (Trades Occupations) – 476 invitations, minimum score 24;
  • Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (General) – 166 invitations, minimum score 41; 
  • Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream – 107 invitations with a minimum score of 15.
